Cube pc cases are not as popular as they should be. I put this down to the cases not being very well known. There are benefits to having a cube case. They are not only good looking but are compact, and are great for those who need to move their computer more than once. Without the big hassle of hauling your PC around, and it doesn’t take up too much room

These cases come in a variety of forms with glass paneling, RGB included fans, dual chamber and even a screen! Although some cases are not exactly a cube in this article, they still have a compact design.

By the end of this article you will have some understanding of what type of components can fit in these cube cases, and ill tell you now, you will be surprised how much you fit!

So, let’s get started here are my favorite (Affordable) Cube PC Cases!

iONZ KZ-36T

This cube PC case has a lovely tempered glass design perfect for those that which to install RGB Lighting within in the case. It also has a RGB strip on the front of the case which is a nice touch even if you’re not a big fan of RGB.

This case supports the Micro ATX and ATX form factors has 2 hard drive storage bays and 3 solid state drive bays. So, with this case you have massive storage expansion potential. It also has 240mm Radiator support and can accommodate a graphics card of 350mm.

Ionz KZ-33T

This cube case is designed with a 2mm aluminum design. So, it is not only compact but lightweight too! Perfect if you move your computer around often. The right side of the case has tempered glass, and on the front panel it has USB 2.0 USB 3.0 and USB Type – C.

This case supports the smallest of the form factors Micro ATX / ITX, has 2 hard drive and 3 solid state drive bays. Again, has a 240mm radiator support, and can accommodate a 360mm GPU.

Thermaltake The Tower 300

This case is not exactly a cube! But it makes it on this list for its compact, lightweight and unique design! On the front panel it has 2 x 3.0 USB Ports and USB Type – C, along with a jack and microphone port.

Of course, it has a front tempered glass panel to see all your lovely PC Internals, especially good for those RGB/ Watercooling enthusiasts. It comes in a variety of wonderful colours from snow white, gravel Sand, bubble pink, and many more.

To be honest this would make a great fish tank design… Hehe

Vida Akira V2

This very nice-looking pc cube case at an affordable price too! It has tempered glass includes x3 120mm ARGB pre-installed fans, it has plenty of space and can house GPUs of up to 400mm in length so you can go full power!  It also supports a standard ATX power supply. It does support motherboards of Micro ATX/ Mini ITX form factors.

CIT Eclipse Black

The CIT Eclipse Black, this case has a lovely minimal and unique design. Tempered glass on the top, front and side with a 30% tint. Suitable for those that like to put it on the desk or under! On the top of the case it has 2x 3.0 USB Ports and LED Control button to change the colours of the lighting. It also comes with 3x120mm pre-installed RGB fans.

The max PSU/GPU this case can support is 220mm / 415mm and weighs 6.9KG. It is a micro ATX / Mini ITX Form Factor. It has plenty of internal storage expansion potential with 2 x 3.5″ / 3x 2.5″ bays.

IONZ Flow

Now if you’re into more curvy things… ahem! Here is the IONZ FLOW, it has a curved tempered glass design. A very more modern look compared to the traditional square cases. It is a dual chamber cube case, so plenty of room for fans and extra ventilation for those lengthy game sessions!

On the top of the case, it has 1 x 2.0 and 2 x 3.0 USB ports as well as an audio and microphone jack.  This case supports GPU’s of up to 400mm and a CPU Cooler height of 165mm and weights 7.55kg

Vida Arcade Black

Vida Arcade Black is a case with a unique design with a big V on the front (If you haven’t already noticed!) It has tempered glass on the side and the front V part of the case, with RGB strips integrated around the shape

This case comes equipped with x3 120mm RGB fans, and has RGB enthusiasts in mind. The RGB lighting on the front panel as well as the fans has customizable lighting with an included remote control for the case!

On the front panel it has 2.0 and 3.0 USB as well as a USB Type C and an Audio and Mic jack.

CiT Jupiter Black

The Jupiter Black is a very nice compact case. It includes 8 inch LCD screen at an affordable price. There are cases out there with screens, but its usually on bigger cases.  It offers information such as CPU, GPU and Ram usage and temperatures as well as the date and the time.

This screen has a 1280 x 800 resolution with a 60Hz refresh rate. It also comes with a pre- installed infinity RGB fan mounted on the back, which is equipped with 21 LED’s

The front panel also includes USB 3.0 and USB Type – C connections. It has 2 internal storage bays for a 2.5” and a 3.5”. It can house a GPU of 415mm and a CPU Cooler of 175mm.

Fractal Design Node 804

For those that are looking for a more simple and professional design with massive storage capabilities, here is a case by Fractual Design.

This case can fit up to 8 x 3.5″ 4 x 2.5″ so you will never be short of space and is future proof. It includes 3x Silent Fans and has space for additional 7. It has tempered glass on the right side of the case. On the left side it has an audio and mic jack as well as two 3.0 USB ports.

It can house a CPU cooler of 160mm, a graphics card of 290mm and a power supply of 260mm

Dimensions: 344 x 307 x 389 mm

There you have it! A list of my favorite cube pc cases. I have found it very hard in the past to find a cube case with a reliable name and plenty of storage capabilities, as well as having a powerful enough graphics card that can fit in a compact space. With options to install loads of fans, to keep the GPU cool, and all of them having support for water cooling.

If you want a very power graphics card but want a cube case to go with it, I would always recommend one with a dual chamber. It has plenty of space and is generally well ventilated. (Provided you have installed enough fans!) To avoid any problems of overheating, as there’s nothing worse getting stuck in a game killing a very hard boss and your computer cuts out before you can even save it as im sure its happened to the best of us!
